Leigh has built her career at the crossroads of technology and business. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, she combines this experience with her passion for creating science-based products, services, and innovative strategies for fatigue management in many industries, including all areas of aviation (such as commercial, corporate, charter, air medical, and cargo), energy, trucking, rail, and pipeline.
Over the past decade in a variety of roles, she has led groups of world-class scientific teams in creating FRMS that combine operationally relevant science- based tools and processes with comprehensive fatigue education and training. These teams are also experienced in regulatory compliance, increasingly relevant in any industries in the U.S. and worldwide.
Leigh is uniquely suited to lead the CurAegis Technologies Fatigue Management Consulting Division. Prior to joining CurAegis, she spent 5 years building Alertness Solutions’ presence in the Fatigue Management Consulting industry.
Prior to acquiring Alertness Solutions, she spent 14 years working with technology companies in Silicon Valley as a venture capital investor. Leigh graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in finance. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1996 and is a member of the State Bar of California. She currently serves on the Advisory Council for Bombardier's Safety Stand Down, the Board of Directors for the Northern California Business Aviation Association, the Management Committee of the FRMS Forum, and the Safety Committee of the National Business Aviation Association.
