ROBERT PECKHAM
Director of Customer Relations - CURA Division

As Director of Customer Relations, Bob’s responsibilities include customer engagement, product testing, bug tracking, inventory, help desk, internal/external training, sales and product technical support. 

Bob’s employment experience includes leadership in a number of growing high-tech startups. Specifically, Peckham focused on developing procedures, building departments and creating new projects/products.

Recently, he was with Vnomics, a new Telematics company for the trucking industry and served as Director of Customer Support. Customer Support had a team dedicated to customer experience and was responsible for training, help desk, and the renewal of sales. In addition, were a team of US and Canadian field technicians that were responsible for installations and field support for all of the company’s products. Bob created the RMA repair team who had the responsibilities of return and repair of company specific hardware at substantially reduced cost.

At Pictometry, he stood up the customer support department, and then built a special projects division. Some of the projects in that division included nationwide school safety initiatives, municipal infrastructure assessment and 911 call center integrations. The mix of technical understanding, and sales experience in a start-up environment makes him an effective advocate for CurAegis customer’s needs.
